Excellent Resort Experience

The rooms were spacious and meticulously maintained. Restaurant 81 offered tasty food served hot. I appreciated the variety of choices available. The staff members, particularly Rizwan, Chamal, and Krishna, provided amazing service. I found Dipesh, Nethmi, and Shashwat to be very helpful.

I noticed some minor wear in the rooms, such as slightly dirty tiles. This didn't significantly affect my comfort.

Lujain, the Lady in Blue, offered very helpful and friendly service. Menchie assisted with departure arrangements. Altaf at reception was helpful locating a lost item.

The buffet restaurant serves varied breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The food is replenished frequently. Manager Febe and his staff ensure smooth operations. Bipin was particularly helpful.

The hotel provides courtesy coach service to the malls. A constant buggy service runs around the resort to the beach. Multiple pools are available, including an adults-only option.

The staff was kind. They were also very helpful. I especially thank Saif for taking care of us. The reception staff ensured I was always comfortable. The food was super fresh. I could choose from a wide range of world cuisines. Fresh fruits and juices were available every morning.

The race track next to the hotel was too noisy. It severely disrupted the peace by the pool. It also disturbed me inside my hotel room (which was not ideal).

The staff were amazing, going out of their way to assist guests. I would especially like to thank Loujaine from the front desk team.

The hotel offers various activities, like horse riding and sports. There are also multiple swimming pools. The golf carts provided convenient transportation around the resort (a definite plus!).

The rooms are large and clean. They are made with great taste. I really enjoyed how comfortable and well-kept everything was (always a good thing).

The location is secluded, away from the bustle of the city. The hotel provides shuttle bus services to the city center. A pleasant walking distance through gardens leads to the beach.
